Course Overview
Flash is a powerful multimedia creation tool that can be used to build simple animations, full-featured applications, and everything in between. This course offers new Flash users a thorough explanation of the interface, tools, and techniques at the heart of any project. With the guidance of our Adobe Certified Instructor, you'll learn:
- The various drawing tools and working with the timeline
- Incorporating text and symbols
- Creating tweens and other simple animations
- How to work with multimedia elements like bitmap graphics, sound, and video
- Using ActionScript 3.0 to add interactivity
- The seamless integration between Flash and other Adobe applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Class Length: 2 day (approx. 8 hours each)
Prerequisites:
- Knowledge of previous versions of Flash is helpful, but not required
- General computer knowledge (Mac or PC) such as:
- Opening and closing programs
- Opening and closing documents
- Saving files
- Basic knowledge of file types (i.e. .mp3, .jpg, .wmv, .mov)
- Basic knowledge of internet usage
- Willingness to learn
- Note taking materials, if desired
