Course Overview

Podcasting, Intermediate Skills, is a two-hour follow up to the Basic Skills course. Here you'll dive a little deeper into podcasting techniques: you'll learn how to record multiple subjects simultaneously, and how to edit your recordings to get a polished sound: eliminate breaths, mistakes, background noises, and other distractors. We'll also explore audio effects and altering royalty-free music to get the exact feel you want.

Students learn to:

  • Record two people simultaneously
  • Edit recorded voice over and music
  • Further explore music and sound effects
