Course Overview

Advertising and marketing are expensive, however social media provides a cost effective solution to empower business, especially small business, to reach a large audience. Take social media to the next level by using social media sites to source new customers and keep your existing customers informed. More importantly, you can target information to customers who want to hear from your organization. This course discusses basic techniques that every organization can employ to ride the wave of interest generated by mainstream media outlets. The course will focus on Facebook but also provides strategies for LinkedIn and Twitter.
