Jeff is an active Board member of the Pensacola chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. Jeff enjoys photography and boating when not in the office.

As professor, consultant, and department head, Greg has led the creation of instruction for Fortune 50 corporations, universities and not-for-profit institutions. He also heads SkillQ’s client education services that provides professional development courses in areas such as management, leadership, and instructional design.
Greg is a member of the Florida State University Instructional Systems Program Alumni Council. Greg is also a Board member of the Make a Positive Difference Foundation.
Greg holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Management Science from Georgia State University and Master of Arts in Higher Education from Ohio State University

Krys plays a number of roles for SkillQ, assisting with video production, maintaining our media archive and providing quality assurance for our products.
Outside of SkillQ Krys is an organic grower and enjoys providing quality plants to local grocery stores.
Krys earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Appalachian State University

San Dee is a Course Developer, Instructor and our "go to" person for all issues related to Captivate. She is an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Captivate and is also a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT). She brings a wealth of experience in the media field and is capable across a wide spectrum of production processes.
Beyond development, San Dee keeps us on schedule by supervising project reporting, studio scheduling and talent management.
While away from work, San Dee enjoys crafts and is a film aficionado.

Tamika plays critical roles as an Instructional Designer, Video Editor and media Producer. Her analytical skills and ability to rapidly assimilate new subject matter helps us efficiently deliver products for our clients. Tamika is also a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) and is the instructor for our SkillQ branded courses on Podcasting and Mac skills.
Tamika is a Board member ofthe Pensacola Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development.
When Tamika is not wearing one of her many hats at SkillQ, she is reading, honing her skills on "Guitar Hero" or working on home improvement projects.
Tamika earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from Hope College

Geo is our newest team member and has proven versatile in Website Development and Design, Flash Animation, and Graphic Design. Geo plays a key role in create the graphical elements that make our courseware distinctive. Geo is preparing for Adobe certification in a number of applications.
Geo holds two degrees: a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Information Technology: Digital Media and a B.A. in Art from University of West Florida.

In contrast to her team members, Coco is highly specialized in three key roles: finding discarded bones on walk paths, collecting belly rubs from staff members and begging food scraps from strangers. While generally disinterested in other areas of the production process, in her specialty areas, she is a known as a relentless taskmaster.
Coco has collected many state certificates of vaccination and is a graduate of the Escambia County Dog Shelter.
